Cost Sharing

For projects involving multiple collaborators—such as builders, designers, architects, fabricators, or vendors—I offer a cost-sharing incentive that allows third-party companies to contribute toward the overall photography investment. This gives everyone access to high-quality imagery that showcases their work while reducing the total cost for each participant. Each third-party company added to the cost-sharing arrangement contributes an additional $250, which grants them their own usage license and the ability to use the final imagery for their marketing, portfolio, or brand needs.
This structure ensures that:

• You’re not responsible for covering the full cost when multiple parties benefit from the photos

• Every participating company receives proper licensing

• Usage rights remain clear, fair, and fully compliant

Cost sharing keeps your project budget-friendly, avoids unauthorized use of your images, and ensures everyone who benefits contributes accordingly.

Additional Images

Every project is unique, and sometimes you may want to capture more spaces, details, or angles than what’s included in your selected package. Additional edited photographs can be added at any time for $100 per image. This option gives you the flexibility to expand your coverage without upgrading to a higher package—perfect for highlighting special craftsmanship, material details, or supplemental rooms that deserve to be documented. Whether you realize it during planning or after reviewing your proofs, you can easily add more images to fully capture the story of your project. High-quality additions, no pressure, and complete control over how much you want to include.
